Plus Clinic Online is a cloud-based practice management system. By using the platform or filling out membership forms, you agree to all terms in this agreement. Access to our services depends on your compliance with these terms.
2. Legal Responsibilities
Physicians and clinic users are solely responsible for the accuracy of all patient data, diagnoses, prescriptions, and financial records entered into the system. Plus Clinic Online is not a diagnostic tool, but a practice management software.
Plus Clinic Online cannot be held responsible for security leaks or unauthorized access resulting from the user's own hardware or weak passwords. Accountability lies fully with the user.
3. GDPR & Data Security Compliance
Plus Clinic Online provides data security at the highest level within the scope of personal data protection regulations. All medical data is:
- Stored encrypted in our secure data centers.
- Protected by 256-bit SSL encryption protocols for database and server communication.
- Managed using advanced role-based access control (Doctor, Secretary, Accountant, etc.).
